Published: “Friends, Racial Justice, & Policing” | Western Friend

Western Friend, a journal with the tagline “Quaker plain speech and spirit in the West,” recently published excerpts from my message to Friends Committee on National Legislation last November. The whole issue in which this excerpt appears is entitled, “On Debt,” exploring different ways we need to recognize and work on our collective debt (particularly as Friends of European descent) in relation to Indigenous people, African Americans, and the other creatures with whom we share our planet.
