Woodbrooke course: Quaker Ecology in a Time of Climate Crisis | Oct 9 – Dec 18, 2023

If you have read my book, A Quaker Ecology, and would like to discuss it with others — or if you haven’t had a chance to read it yet and want to — I’ll be leading a course through Woodbrooke Quaker Study Centre starting on October 9. The course is called “Quaker Ecology in a Time of Climate Crisis.” We’ll meet every two weeks through December 18, discussing one chapter each week. There will be opportunities for participants to ask questions as well as discuss how to put the ideas in practice in our lives and faith communities/meetings.

The cost is only £26 (standard, or £13 for those under age 35). It meets at 18:00–19:30 (UK time). You can also purchase the book A Quaker Ecology in print or digital formats, or watch the videos of my talks with New England Yearly Meeting that formed the basis for the book.

Please share this opportunity with those on your green teams, those you have read the book with, and others you think might be interested in discussing this book with the author!
